PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ATR seeks an experienced Sales Representative for its ATR Solartech solar energy products group. The product focus will be ATR’s Dual Panel Tracker (DPT). The objective is to develop direct-to-consumer sales and channel sales to renewable energy system dealers and national retailers. The Sales Representative will also participate in the development of appropriately tailored marketing materials.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline would be beneficial.
- At least five years of sales experience and accomplishment.
- Must have demonstrated selling skills.
- Consumer durables (big ticket) sales experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of home energy product markets desired.
- Experience in the renewable energy field, particularly solar desired.
- Retail channel sales experience desired.
SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
- Good understanding of cost-benefit economics and facility with numbers.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful applicant will join ATR's Engineering and Systems Division, working as a team member at our government client site to perform analysis, design, test planning, test direction, data analysis, and applications programming in support of the design, deployment, operation, and data reduction of electro-magnetic sensors and associated systems, and naturally occurring electro-magnetic phenomena relative to the operation of Navy ships.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
- Coursework and interest in the following areas a plus: finite element analysis, computer programming, numerical methods, physics, solid mechanics, dynamics, analog electronics design, data acquisition and analysis, and electro-magnetism.

The successful applicant will join ATR's Engineering and Systems Division, working at our government client site as a member of a small team that focuses on modeling and simulation that is used in naval operations research. The work includes:
- Analysis of systems and natural phenomena and development of models that represent them.
- Standard life cycle development (Design, implementation, testing, and maintenance) of simulation software for those models.
- Highly interactive support of users of the software.
- Development and administration of tools that support all of the above.
