PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The candidate will be responsible for travel, payroll, security, various form/report preparation, purchase requisition, on-site direct labor hours tracking and visitor request, including, but not limited to the following:

  • Assist with and track authorization requests
  • Assist with and track expense reports
  • Prepare and/or track purchase requisitions
  • Assist with, track, review, and submit timesheets to Payroll
  • Update EXCEL payroll spreadsheets
  • Update PowerPoint division overview
  • Track and update on-site EXCEL direct hours spreadsheet
  • Perform and safeguard all security-related procedures
  • Compile material and prepare marketing overviews and report presentations
  • Copy and scan documents
